Insurance Claim Resolution isn't Linear

Historically, consultants in the large and complex property loss claim resolution industry approach their role in a linear fashion. Unfortunately, claims in this cateogry aren't linear at all. Most are multi-party, will eventually be involved in some type of litigation or mediation and must be viewed in the multi-dimensional 3D model they require. Most carriers turn immediately to an engineering firm to resolve and inspect the property and the engineering professionals, while an integral part of the process, aren't the dimensional thinkers to settlement that most larger project really need. More statistical frame work analysis, more financial analysis, more document orientation and compilation needs to occur and all that information and analysis must be joined together by a common thread.
